This past weekend marked a huge milestone for our team — Reunion Coffee Cart officially turned one year old! We celebrated with friends, family, past clients, and our amazing team, reflecting on an incredible year of growth, gratitude, and great coffee.
In just 12 months, our San Antonio-based coffee cart has served at 115 events, caffeinated over 16,500 guests, and traveled across Texas for weddings, conferences, private events, community pop-ups, and corporate gatherings. From intimate weddings to 5,000-person expos, we’ve had the honor of bringing our mobile espresso bar experience to people and places we never imagined when we first launched.
Why We Started Reunion Coffee Cart
Our mission from day one has been simple: bring people together through coffee. We believe that a great cup of espresso is more than just a drink — it’s a way to create moments, conversations, and unforgettable experiences. Whether it’s a latte at a wedding reception, an affogato at a conference, or cold brew at a teacher appreciation event, our goal is always the same: deliver hospitality that leaves a lasting impression.
What We’ve Learned in Our First Year
Building a mobile coffee catering company has taught us so much — about business, about people, and about the power of community. We’ve had our share of early mornings, last-minute equipment swaps, and new challenges every week. But with each event, we’ve become better, stronger, and more excited for what’s ahead.
More than anything, we’ve learned that our clients and team are everything. Your trust, your referrals, and your encouragement have been the fuel behind every step forward. From our first event to our most recent brand activation, you've helped us grow into one of San Antonio’s go-to coffee carts for events of all sizes.
