Factors That Impact Pricing

1. Guest Count

More guests = more supplies and potentially more baristas. While our pricing is more based on the length of service, we use guest count as an indicator for how many baristas/carts are needed to serve your guests at the highest level and smoothest service.

2. Hours of Service

Most packages start with up to 2 hours of service but you can always add more time. Additional hours will of course increase cost, but allows more time for your guests to enjoy the service. We've serve events as fast as 30 minutes, and as long as 10 hours in a single day.

3. Number of Baristas/Carts

Large events need more staff/equipment to avoid long lines building up. We take your guest count and the time allowed for service to help determine how many baristas or carts we may need.

4. Menu Complexity

Specialty drinks, seasonal menus, and non-coffee beverages can affect pricing. We always work to accommodate our clients requests.

5. Custom Branding

A large percentage of our client choose to include add-ons such as custom branded cups, latte art printing on the beverages, branded coffee carts, and custom branded menus.

6. Travel

Events outside San Antonio may include travel fees.
