Coffee catering is a coffee service that comes to your event. Reunion's version is a barista-run coffee cart that makes every drink to order on site. This guide covers the options, what to have ready before you ask for a quote, and what's different about booking in San Antonio, Boerne and New Braunfels.
Three kinds of coffee catering
- —Drop-off coffee: boxes or urns of brewed coffee delivered before the event and left on a table. It's the simplest option and works for a short morning meeting.
- —Coffee truck: a vehicle that parks outside and serves through a window. It suits big outdoor public events with plenty of parking.
- —Barista coffee cart: a mobile espresso bar that sets up indoors or outdoors, with baristas making espresso drinks, lattes, cold brew and non-coffee drinks to order. It fits weddings, offices, conferences and private parties.
Reunion Coffee Cart is the third kind. If you're deciding between a cart and a truck, see mobile espresso bar vs coffee truck.
What to have ready before you ask for a quote
A quote comes back faster when you send:
- —Your date and start time
- —The venue, and whether the cart will be indoors or outdoors
- —Your guest count
- —How long you want drinks served
- —Anything special, like a signature drink, custom cups or branding
Every Reunion quote includes the cart, baristas, ingredients, equipment, setup and cleanup, and you'll hear back within 24 hours. The pricing page shows the typical range.
Coffee catering in San Antonio
Reunion Coffee Cart is based in San Antonio and covers the whole metro, from the Pearl District and downtown to Alamo Heights, Stone Oak, Helotes, Leon Valley, Castle Hills, Converse and Universal City.
Events here range from weddings at museums, ranches and banquet halls to office events and conferences in hotel ballrooms and the Henry B. González Convention Center. The cart fits places a truck can't, like ballrooms, office lobbies and backyards.
Reunion also runs a coffee shop downtown in La Villita, at 100 Villita St.

Coffee catering in Boerne and the Hill Country
Boerne is about 30 minutes from San Antonio and one of Reunion's most frequently served towns, so travel fees are small or nothing, depending on the venue. Events range from ranch properties along the Cibolo to venues on Main Street, plus Fair Oaks Ranch and Comfort nearby.
Many Hill Country events are at ranches and other rural properties. Ask your venue where the cart will go and whether there's power nearby. If there isn't, a generator option covers it.
Farther out, Reunion also serves Fredericksburg, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Kerrville and other Hill Country towns.

Coffee catering in New Braunfels
New Braunfels is 30 to 40 minutes from San Antonio, so it's a frequent, low-travel trip. Reunion serves New Braunfels, Gruene, Canyon Lake and the rest of Comal County.
Events here often lean outdoors: weddings at riverside venues along the Comal and Guadalupe, celebrations near Gruene Hall, and company events in town. For an outdoor setup, ask the venue about shade and where the cart can be powered.

How far ahead to book
Bookings are first come, first served. Four weeks or more is a good rule, and popular weekends and December dates fill first. If your date is sooner, ask anyway.
Send your date, venue and guest count, and you'll hear back within 24 hours.
