Reviews
Loved by Texas hosts
Reunion Coffee Cart was the perfect finishing touch for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday! We wanted a fun and festive non-alcoholic option for our guests, and this exceeded our expectations. The custom foam designs were a showstopper — people are still talking about it! Noah and his team were incredibly responsive, prompt, and professional.
Swapping hotel drip coffee for a craft espresso bar completely changed the energy of every session. Effortless to work with from start to finish.
Beautiful setup, incredible coffee, flawless communication. They truly brought the café experience to my backyard. Booking again for every future event.
Questions About San Antonio Events
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes — we serve the entire San Antonio metro including Alamo Heights, Stone Oak, Helotes, Leon Valley, Castle Hills, Converse, Universal City, and everywhere in between.
We serve weddings, corporate events, private parties, bridal showers, quinceañeras, graduation parties, community events, and more.
Yes — we're a San Antonio-based company. Reunion Coffee Cart was born in the Alamo City and serves the city with pride.
We book first come, first served. We suggest reaching out 4+ weeks ahead, but we often take events just a few days out, so ask even if your date is soon.
Close, but a cart is smaller and more flexible. Our self-contained cart sets up in about a 6x6 ft space, indoors or outdoors, so it fits ballrooms, offices and backyards where a truck can't park. You get the same made-to-order espresso drinks, served by our baristas. Espresso bar vs coffee truck: which fits your event?
Yes. The cart normally needs one standard outlet. For venues without easy power access, we bring a generator option.
